THE ROLE:

Seeking a Marketing Communications Designer/Copywriter to support the design, copywriting, and production of communication materials across various marketing programs. Over time, this role has the potential for growth and promotion depending on business and team needs.


CORE COMPETENCIES:

  • Design, write copy, and publish digital assets in support of banker marketing efforts
  • Build and publish new website pages utilizing the firm’s content management system
  • Prepare new content for distribution across multiple marketing channels, including email and social media
  • Aid in recruiting, event, and sponsorship programs by developing digital and on-site communication materials
  • Collaborate with full Marketing team to ensure brand is consistently demonstrated across all marketing efforts


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Minimum 2-5+ years of experience in a graphic design and/or copywriting role
  • Preferred experience in B2B, agency, or financial services
  • Experience working across multiple digital and marketing channels with an appetite to learn additional mediums as opportunities present
  • A creative thinker who brings passion to every project – big or small
  • Experience working within Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, a content management system and/or other marketing and design platforms
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and diligent with the ability to meet deadlines and execute efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and ability to work well in a consultative manner
  • Team player, collaborative and able to work effectively with various functional partners
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28 - $30/Hourly (W2). Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
