TJob Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and talented Capital Markets Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting and analyzing the execution of various capital markets transactions and interaction with investors and capital partners.  Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills are required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong analytical background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for finance to grow their career in real estate finance.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis, to support transaction decision-making.

Manage and maintain pricing models for the execution of capital markets transactions.

Provide support in all aspects of transaction execution, including deal structuring, negotiation, and closing.

Prepare presentation materials, pitch books, and transaction-related documentation for client meetings and marketing efforts.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, legal advisors, underwriters, and regulatory authorities, to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Monitor and analyze financial markets, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and perform competitive analysis.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree required.

2-5 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, or related financial services role.

Ideal candidate will have had experience in real estate lending. Strong analytical skills, with advanced financial modeling skills in excel required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
