Responsibilities:

Implementation Support:

  • Conduct user training sessions to familiarize warehouse staff with system functionalities.


System Maintenance:

  • Monitor and maintain the performance of the WMS to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the WMS, collaborating with IT and vendors as needed.
  • Regularly update system configurations and parameters to meet changing business needs.


User Support:

  • Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing inquiries and issues related to the WMS.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides.
  • Conduct periodic training sessions for new employees and refresher courses for existing staff.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the warehouse.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements and updates to the WMS.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in warehouse management technology.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with IT teams, warehouse managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of the WMS with other systems.
