About the role

The Associate Producer will be responsible for a broad range of responsibilities within the agency supporting the creation and production of AV creative campaigns, creative content, as well as print/design projects. The Associate Producer will work closely with Creative Directors and Production teams to implement creative strategy, and collaborate with the editorial, graphic, design, copywriting, and finishing across the agency’s LA and London offices to deliver bar-raising content. Candidates will be expected to support current business within the agency, as well as develop new, incremental business through their own business development efforts and client relationships.


Key responsibilities

  • To support content plans during the full strategic life cycle of trailers, TV, digital/social assets from brief, development and refinement, through to post-production, delivery and analysis
  • Managing creative briefs, budget and timelines to achieve internal objectives and business growth
  • Managing all aspects of daily operations on AV and Print/Design projects, including development, production, budget forecasting, as well as scheduling and internal billing to manage resources toward maximum profitability
  • Managing print/design projects, including print production requiring reformatting and resizing key art for large quantities of online placements.
  • Building strong relationships with a wide range of leading stakeholders and clients, and work hand-in-hand with the London-based home office.
  • Working closely with a variety of editors from junior to senior, adapting to the brief execution and to management style, ensuring we get the best out of each individual.
  • To work closely with the graphics team, ensuring the creative is on brief while also empowering the team to push their capabilities
  • Exploring cutting edge content solutions, including bespoke online promos and corporate materials origination
  • Supporting and coordinating with the agency Creative Directors, including developing new business pitches
  • Coordinating and leading daily status meeting with the creative team


Key Requirements

  • 2+ years AV experience in trailer and/or broadcast creative
  • Knowledge of film production, offline and online editorial is essential
  • Knowledge of print/design as well as print production processes is essential
  • Knowledge of AV and Print Production technical specs and industry terminology
  • Creative vendor experience preferred
  • Experience in managing multiple projects, including budgets, scheduling and tracking resource hours
  • Ability and willingness to perform business development to generate incremental revenue for the agency
  • Strong organisational skills are essential
  • Ability to work efficiently and creatively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment is essential
  • Ability to work varied hours to meet client needs
