LHH is working with a software company to find their next Finance Manager. If you possess a diverse background in both accounting and finance and seek engaging opportunities, this position is tailored for you. You'll oversee the integrity of consolidated financial data and reporting, collaborating closely with senior leaders of the company.


This role ONLY REQUIRES COMING INTO THE PHILADELPHIA OFFICE QUARTERLY. The salary for the role is $120k - $130k + profit share and bonus, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support financial functions, ensuring alignment with IFRS and corporate policies, and fostering financial literacy across business units.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit Financial Controllers to maintain accuracy, integrity, and completeness of accounting records and financial statements.
  • Conduct ongoing reviews of month-end processes and controls, while assisting in implementing effective accounting systems and processes.
  • Oversee all financial audits, including internal, corporate, and standalone audits, and serve as a liaison with Corporate Finance & Tax departments.
  • Support the financial integration of newly acquired businesses, supervise financial planning and analysis, and provide oversight of Internal Audit functions.
  • Generate ad hoc finance-related reports and projects, promote a culture of change management, and uphold ethical practices within the organization.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by Management.
  • Proficient in Revenue Recognition standards (IFRS 15 and/or ASC 606) with hands-on experience.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of advancing accounting experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in managerial accounting roles.
  • Prior experience specifically in software accounting is essential.
