Position Summary -

We are looking for a full-time Field Operations Supervisor to join our Field Operations Team in planning & executing all the logistics that are involved in making exciting research happen.


Responsibilities -

  • Manage fieldwork for qualitative market research projects, including assessing potential suppliers to work with, advising internal clients on feasibility & pricing, coordinating with your chosen fieldwork partners, reporting the status of projects to our internal team of analysts, solving fieldwork challenges, managing the budget of each project, etc.
  • Execute logistics involved in different methodologies and research technologies – online focus groups, online IDIs, in-person focus groups, etc.
  • Review Fieldwork Documents (Screeners) and refine as needed before they are sent off to our vendors to recruit participants.
  • Set up each project by awarding it to the best suited vendor (by assessing their feasibility & pricing) and oversee the project from launch to live research to invoicing.
  • Book online interview platforms & facilities to host research.
  • Vendor management. Monitor our vendors' recruitment progress and address any issues that may come up to ensure each project is recruited successfully.
  • Communicate with internal staff to keep them informed on the progress of each project, share respondent profiles, the recruitment plan in place, solutions to potential challenges, etc.
  • Recruitment quality control. Review respondent profiles to ensure they qualify per screening requirements.
  • Vendor procurement and Invoice Processing. Create Purchase Orders and submit them to our vendors, ensure our vendors invoice us in a timely fashion, and ensure each invoice is processed internally.


Ideal Candidates -

  • Good years experience as professional working in the market research field space.
  • Strong organizational skills; detail oriented.
  • An ability to juggle and prioritize simultaneous projects and responsibilities.
  • Strong communications skills to manage expectations and offer solutions to research challenges to minimize project staff concerns.
  • Proactive problem-solver.
  • Strong computer skills including Excel.
