Quality Inspector – Rotating 12-Hour Shifts (6:30PM–6:30AM & 6:30AM–6:30PM)We are seeking a dependable Quality Inspector to perform entry-level and routine inspection tasks to ensure all products meet internal and external quality standards. This role involves visual and mechanical inspections, basic functional testing, and adherence to regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Perform mechanical, physical, and visual inspections of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies according to inspection plans and specificationsConduct repetitive visual inspections and basic functional testingUse inspection tools such as microscopes, calipers, and micrometersComplete 10–15 different inspection types as assignedSupport PCI activities for NA Notifications at the US Regional Service CenterFollow all procedural and regulatory requirements, including cGMP complianceAssist with document archival processes, including scanning and preparing shipmentsInitiate Non-Conformance reports and support NC and CAPA activitiesParticipate in special projects as neededQualifications:High School Diploma or GED required; AA or Technical Degree preferredBasic computer skills for documentation and system accessAbility to read and understand work instructions and engineering drawingsBasic written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of medical device regulations and FDA standards preferredMust be at least 18 years old
