Position Overview for the Sr UAT Tester:

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate 'Lead to Cash' workflows within the telecom domain.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and functional specifications.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications.
• Execute test cases, report defects, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Analyze test results and provide meaningful insights into the quality of telecom services and 'Lead to Cash' workflows.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Document test cases, test results, and other relevant information to support auditing and compliance requirements.

Required Skills for the Sr UAT Tester:

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience as a UAT Tester in the telecom industry, with a strong understanding of telecom services and systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in validating 'Lead to Cash' workflows, including order management, billing, and customer lifecycle processes.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies, test planning, and execution.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA) and defect tracking systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
