What technical skills will successful candidates possess?

  • Should be familiar with agile, CRM and email marketing terminology. Individual will be required to understand the scope of projects being delivered. Reasonable experience in leading the delivery of complex, enterprise projects.


Skills Required:

  • 5-8 yrs. of proven, hand-on program, project or planning experience, preferably in the fields of marketing, computer science or engineering.
  • Hands-on experience in marketing campaign delivery, creative delivery, or enterprise project delivery (software development and web technologies delivery a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to breakdown complex projects and deliver workback plans.
  • Advanced working knowledge of the following tools:
  • Microsoft Office – Advanced XLS.
  • JIRA/Confluence Roadmaps/Structure.
  • Smartsheet or other project/planning tools.
