Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required.


Position Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with proven expertise in managing large-scale data migration projects, specifically from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both ERP systems, extensive experience in data migration, and strong project management skills to ensure seamless transition and minimal disruption to business operations.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years focused on data migration projects.
  • Proven experience in migrating data from Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle EBS and SAP S/4HANA architectures and data structures.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
