Title: Construction Superintendent (Path to Lead Superintendent)Miami-Dade County, Florida | Commercial and Multi-Family ProjectsWe are seeking a Construction Superintendent who has experience supporting field operations and is ready for the opportunity to grow into a full Lead Superintendent role. This position offers direct mentorship, clear support, and the chance to be challenged and developed by industry leaders who have built successful careers and believe in giving back.At FLCC we believe skill can be taught, but attitude cannot. We are looking for the superintendent who wants to learn, wants to grow, and wants to be developed by a team that loves this industry and takes pride in elevating the next generation of field leaders.What You Will DoSupport daily field operations on commercial and multi-family projectsCoordinate subcontractors, site logistics, inspections, and quality controlAssist in maintaining the project schedule and weekly look-ahead planningEnforce safety standards and participate in safety walksManage daily reports, progress documentation, and communication with PMsTake on increasing leadership responsibility under the mentorship of a Lead SuperintendentBuild the skills and confidence needed to eventually run your own projectWhat You Bring3–7 years of experience in construction field operations with a GC, developer, or subcontractorAbility to read plans, understand scopes, and communicate clearly with tradesStrong work ethic, accountability, and willingness to learnDesire to be challenged and mentored into a Lead Superintendent roleExperience with commercial or multi-family projects preferredBilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not requiredLocal to Miami-Dade County or able to commute dailyWho This Role Is ForA superintendent who has run portions of the job but hasn’t yet been given full ownershipSomeone who wants direct mentorship from seasoned field leadersA builder with a positive attitude who takes pride in doing things rightA professional seeking a long-term career path with growth, not just a jobsite assignmentIf you want to grow, be developed, and eventually lead your own projects, this role offers the structure, support, and mentorship to get you there.If you’re a Construction Superintendent ready for the next strategic step, Florida Construction Connection is the industry-rooted partner that guides construction professionals to aligned roles.Call or text 305-361-0094 to learn more.Florida Construction Connection – The Breistol Method®
