Cobblestone is searching for an energetic, motivated professional who prides themselves on strong work ethics, drive, and creative and critical problem solving to take over the Manager role at one of our larger RV resorts.


Responsibilities

Day to day operations including; budgets, occupancy tracking, staff development and supervision, positive resident communications & interaction, property appearance and maintenance, oversee the activities department, work effectively with the construction teams regarding property improvements, procurement, collaborate with the sales teams to maximize home sales and RV reservations.


Qualifications

This individual would be responsible for the success of a mixed use community containing both park models and RVs, that has recently undergone major renovations. The over 600 unit community requires someone with a high level of professionalism, a positive attitude, fantastic communication skills and experience with RV resorts. Prefer experience with Rent Manager and Campspot but not a disqualifier. Must have experience with age qualified communities, comfortable with Microsoft Office suit, and be located within the East valley area.
