STAFFING CONSULTANT (ENTRY-LEVEL RECRUITER)

The Role/Position:

We are excited to share an opening for a STAFFING CONSULTANT (ENTRY-LEVEL RECRUITER) at our corporate office in PASADENA, TX.

This position is crucial to the company, making connections with job seekers to determine their matches to existing jobs and search assignments.

The selected candidate will join a diverse team with current employee’s tenure ranging from 1 year to 40 years in the industry


The Expectations:

· Reviewing high volumes of resumes and applications from multiple sources.

· Using various resources (job boards, social media, and more) to source for specific candidates.

· Recruiting for various roles to include: clerical and industrial opportunities.

· Recruiting for roles such as Accountants, Warehouse Staff, Administrative Support Employees, Plant Operators, and more

· Understanding of client requirements to make screening decisions during candidate interviews.

· Multi-tasking on a daily basis to recruit candidates for different industries, site locations, and skill-levels.

· Contacting and screening candidates from multiple sources to gauge their interest, qualifications and availability.

· Hosting candidates through screening to offer process including necessary pre-employment onboarding.

· Observing compliance with client and internal protocol for pre-employment onboarding.

· Reporting individual goals, contributing to team goals, and understanding company goals.


The Knowledge and Requirements:

· Professional communication via phone, email, and in-person, REQUIRED

· Experience in sourcing/recruiting/staffing, PREFFERED

· Experience with job boards and social media, PREFERRED

· Experience with technology including online databases, PREFFERED

· Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree, HUGE PLUS


The Benefits:

Compensation for this role is BASE + COMMISSION structure.

BASE SALARY for this role is $35K-$40K plus COMMISSION POTENTIAL

This role is DIRECT-HIRE (PERMANENT). The position does require in office attendance based out of PASADENA, TX.
