Join the Bank's Credit Review team, a third line of defense operating independently to ensure accurate credit ratings, policy compliance, and effective credit risk management for large corporate borrowers across diverse industries. As a key member, you will be leading target reviews, conducting risk assessments, and providing coaching and development to team members. This contributes to the mission of providing executive management and the Board of Directors with an independent view of asset quality and credit risk management practices across businesses and functions that originate or manage credit exposure.


Other responsibilities include:

• Execute planned credit reviews and continuous monitoring to evaluate the effectiveness of credit risk underwriting and management, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and implementing effective control solutions.

• Collaborate with internal and external clients to accurately identify, document, and resolve all risks affecting the loan portfolio.

• Offer objective assessments of assigned sectors within the loan portfolio, identifying emerging risks and ensuring effective risk management practices.

• Assist in the planning and execution of the Annual Plan, including financial and regulatory reporting to meet compliance requirements.

• Conduct individual credit reviews, document findings, track issue resolution, and provide necessary support.

• Manage assigned team members and actively contribute to the day-to-day administration of Credit Review.


The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience and is comfortable going into the office 3 days/week in NYC.
