Our client is a top firm, seeking mid and senior level trademark associates for its Intellectual Property practice in Boston, MA; Stamford, CT; Hartford, CT; and Parsippany, NJ offices.


Qualifications

  • Trademark experience at both mid-level [3-5 years] and senior [6+ years].
  • Experience with all aspects of domestic and global trademark prosecution, strategy, enforcement and management.
  • Experience with trademark counseling, clearance search and analysis, prosecution and maintenance, portfolio management, trademark disputes, internet and e-commerce, online investigations and enforcement matters.
  • Experience structuring, drafting and negotiating agreements and contractual provisions related to IP and trademark matters.
  • Experience managing IP due diligence, litigation discovery and trademark disputes before the TTAB is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong client-facing skills.
  • Bar admission in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice.
