We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Hardware Retrofit Manager to lead our clients retrofit projects across the US. You will be the person to rely on when it comes to overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of their hardware retrofit initiatives, ensuring the businesses systems remain in a state-of-the-art standard and meet the industry regulations.


Your Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage hardware retrofit projects from concept through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise a cross-functional team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support throughout the retrofit process.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including R&D, production, and sales teams, to understand retrofit requirements and align on project objectives.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide technical expertise in the assessment and integration of new hardware components into existing company equipment
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for internal process improvements in retrofit procedures, ensuring best practices are implemented for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
  • Documentation: Ensure all retrofit projects are thoroughly documented, including design changes, installation procedures, testing procedures, and final reports.
  • Training and Support: Develop training materials and provide support to operators and maintenance personnel on new retrofit hardware systems.
  • Complies with all safety procedures and consistently demonstrates safety as a value.



What do you need?

  • Associates Degree OR Strong relatable technical background
  • Background in Semiconductor Equipment, Wet Process or Electroplating is highly preferred.
  • 4+ years experience in a similar management role.
  • Excellent communicator
