Pro Foamers, Inc Senior Project Manager, this position covers the full project management function from Job Handover by Estimating Department to Completion of the Work, Handover to the Client and Preparation and settlement of the Final account as it relates to the Project. In this role the Senior Project Manager will be assisted by the Project Manager and as such will have overall responsibility for their specific functions in addition to his own individual responsibilities. The list of responsibilities below is not intended to be exhaustive. Other tasks or duties may be assigned from time to time that are within the capabilities of the job incumbent.

• Implement the required processes, methods and controls that support the planning, monitoring and execution of the Pro Foamers Inc contracts to ensure that work is executed within the allowed budgets and in accordance with the contractual program.

• Lead and direct technical project team.

• Work coherently with the administrative team.

• Work coherently with the Estimation department.

• Manage changes to scope, cost and schedule of project work.

• Ensure that all project work executed is carried out in accordance with agreed contractual terms and conditions and monitored appropriately

• Manage and allocate resources appropriately to ensure that project program and milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

• Ensure that all contractual requirements of the project are met, and that the company’s contractual and commercial position is protected

• Ensure no additional work is carried out without the appropriate written authority from the client

Management of direct costs to ensure that planned operating profits (CM1B’s) are achieved or bettered.

• Participate in mandatory project performance review meetings and discussions.

• Carry out a thorough review of all processes and procedures currently being used by the Company and review where improvements could be made to increase efficiency

• Ensure that Industrial Relations are maintained and that grievances not resolved at site level are handled in accordance with the company policy and where required 

• Ensure Project Manager has the correct number, type, and quality of personnel available on site and to control and monitor the allocation of man-hours expended and costs incurred

• Ensure that the company’s assets allocated to the project are kept safe and maintained in a proper  manner

• Ensure that company policy and procedures are implemented and adhered to by all personnel under his / her control

• Provide training for site personnel in aspects of Safety, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and other necessary skills, in accordance with company procedures and the required codes and practices

• Maintain confidentiality of company information

• Ensure ABAA, Safety, and all other certifications are up to date for Project managers and Labor Staff

• Oversee Superintendent on job schedule and materials needed for jobs; oversee Shop Manager
