Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 2+ years in manufacturing or engineering, with strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Lean Six Sigma certification a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software.
