As an Industrial Engineer, you'll lead manufacturing and facilities projects from start to finish. You'll define project scopes, develop implementation plans, and manage resources to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize processes, boost efficiency, and achieve operational excellence.



You'll lead and manage diverse manufacturing and facilities projects. You'll develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines and risk mitigation strategies. You'll analyze complex problems and identify innovative solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs. You'll collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams. You'll monitor project progress, proactively address issues, and implement corrective actions. You'll leverage data-driven insights to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement. You'll foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.



Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • 2+ years in manufacturing or engineering, with strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification a plus.
  • Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software.
