Job Summary:

  • Responsible for EHS risk identification, hazard investigation, safety training, accident investigation, and other related work in the US factory


Key Responsibilities :

  • Organize or participate in making the ElS policy & ElS regulations, safety operating procedures, and emergency response plans of safety accidents;
  • Provide safety training for new employees and safety retraining for existing employees
  • Conduct the EHS audit to identify the potential hazards and come up with a corrective action plan;
  • Stop and correct violations of command and operating procedures;
  • Supervise the contractors to do the risk assessment and check the implementation of the prevention measures.
  • Supervise high-risk operations such as hot work, work at height, and confined spaces to ensure that necessary
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations. Prepare and submit necessary regulatory reports and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures. Organize or participate in emergency rescue
  • Implement occupational health programs, including ergonomics, wellness initiatives, and health screenings.
  • Coordinate with medical professionals for workplace health assessments.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, training, and compliance activities.
  • Generate reports for management review and regulatory submissions.
  • Supervise high-risk operations such as hot work, work at height, and confined spaces to ensure that necessary preventive measures are in place.
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisors.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in safety engineering, environmental protection, occupational health or science and engineering
  • Participated in CSP certificate training, CSP certificate is preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing ElS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) management
  • Familiar with job risk assessment methods, capable of identifying risks such as machinery, electrical chemicals, etc. in the production process
  • Ability to identify potential safety hazards
  • Participated in accident investigations and possesses the ability to independently write accident investigation reports.
