Job Description:

We are currently looking for three talented individuals to fill our Project/Product Manager 1 role.

This is a remote, long-term opportunity with the possibility to convert, offering regular working hours of 9am to 5pm EST.

Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), UX, Solution Design groups, UAT, and exposure to Figma and Jira would be beneficial to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Gather requirements, work backwards to review the business requirements, and work with the solution design team, UX team, Dev Teams, and Testers, and launch the feature start to finish.
  2. Devote the first 30 days to onboarding and working on smaller features of the complex product.
  3. Gradually take charge of larger features, resolving issues, conducting own testing, and plan the launch to production.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. 3-6 years of experience in product management.
  2. Deep understanding of SDLC and its different phases.
  3. Proven work experience with UX, Solution Design groups, and UAT.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Strong customer service skills and a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences.
  2. Ability to translate complex concepts and requirements into actionable plans.
  3. Proven experience in defining and prioritizing product requirements.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  5. Understanding of the complete product development lifecycle.
  6. Prior experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  7. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
