This in-office role is based in HRP’s Boston office.Job Responsibilities     Project/Campaign ManagementEnsure the production of high-quality deliverables and collateral, often under tight timelines in conjunction with outside partnersEstablish systems and processes to streamline and track multiple, ongoing workstreamsDirect and manage relationships with outside consultants, including PR and creative agencies and web development vendorsManage owned channel communications, including multiple websites alongside consultants as well as serving as strategic lead and quality control for company and project social media channels Ensure that local communications efforts remain coordinated and enhance corporate reputation and presentation Digital Media ManagementParticipate in strategic communications planning initiatives that incorporate traditional and digital communications channels and platformsLead management of social campaigns for corporate and project level entitiesPerform ongoing audit and maintenance of content and strategy for company channels and websitesDigital Content SupportAbility to develop graphics for internal and external use, leveraging existing brand guidelinesSupport development of collateral materials in collaboration with third party web and design firmsAbility to manage maintenance and development of PowerPoint decks for a range of audiencesSkills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office products is a mustAdministrativeSupport department file management and maintenanceSupport media monitoring and social media listeningDevelop internal media mention reports and other output reportsCommunications SupportProofread and edit high-quality written deliverables including press releases, blog posts, op-eds, handouts, talking points and presentations, often under tight timelinesDraft content for owned channels and manage scheduling of postsSkills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceEager to work in rapid response environmentsFamiliarity with the evolving media landscapeStrong organizational and project management skills, ability to oversee workflow of multiple campaignsIdeal candidate would be skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and familiar with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel)Ideal candidate would have familiarity some or all of the following programsSocial Media Platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, BlueSkyCommunications Tools: Mailchimp, HootsuiteCreative Development: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesignWebsite Maintenance: WordPress, GoDaddyReportingThis role will report to the Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs.
