Job Description:

Are you the Sherlock Holmes of estimating? Love numbers, masonry, and being part of big, impactful projects? If you're someone who can look at blueprints and practically see the finished project—and you’re ready to flex your estimating skills—this is the opportunity you've been waiting for

What You’ll Do (Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It):

  • Estimate like a Pro: Dive deep into project plans, specs, and blueprints to craft spot-on cost estimates.
  • Take-Off King/Queen: Use your expert eyes to calculate labor and materials from project documents.
  • Sub-Sleuthing: Hunt down quotes from subcontractors and suppliers that keep costs competitive.
  • Proposal Powerhouse: Submit clear and compelling bid proposals that win projects.
  • Collaborate & Communicate: Work alongside project managers and clients to ensure the project hits all the right notes—on time and on budget.
  • Budget Wizardry: Assist with budget planning and keep those financials on track.
  • Stay Sharp: Keep up with trends, new materials, and pricing shifts to keep your estimates fresh and accurate.

What You’ll Need to Bring to the Table:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience (but if you’re a self-taught master estimator, we’re open to that too).
  • Experience: 3-5 years of commercial masonry estimating experience. You know your stuff when it comes to masonry methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Skills: Master of math, detailed-oriented, organized, and an all-around great communicator. Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. You can read a construction drawing like it’s a treasure map.
  • Team Player: You work well solo, but you thrive in a collaborative, dynamic team environment.

What’s in it for You:

  • Competitive Salary: Plus performance-based bonuses to reward your hard work.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, vision—your well-being is our priority.
