Litigation Paralegal

Robinson & Stover is a law firm located in Bel Air, MD that specializes in guiding businesses through a wide range of legal challenges. Our experienced team provides counsel in dispute resolution and defense, corporate transactions and governance, and real estate transactions and development. We have extensive experience in litigation, investigations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and formation, as well as regulatory compliance.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, document review, legal research, as well as drafting and filing pleadings and motions. The role involves working closely with attorneys and assisting in the management of caseloads and trial preparation.

• Strong legal document preparation, document review, and legal research skills
• Experience with drafting and filing pleadings and motions
• Knowledge of federal and state court procedures and rules

• Paralegal certification or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
