Scientist Requirements and Qualifications

  • Ph.D or Master's degree in a scientific field, such as chemistry or biology
  • 5+ years of postdoctoral experience for Ph.D., 10+ years of post-degree industry experience for the Master's level in a biotech or pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, and strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex scientific data
