Role Overview:

As a Content Producer Intern, you will immerse yourself in the world of social media and video content production. Your role will be centered around generating and producing a consistent flow of multimedia assets for our digital channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This position is perfect for someone who is naturally creative, has video editing capabilities, understands the digital content landscape, and is eager to bring fresh ideas to the table.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging, short-form video content for social media platforms, with potential opportunities for longer-form projects.
  • Utilize professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and social video editors (CapCut, TikTok native editor) to produce high-quality content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate innovative content ideas, sharing insights and inspirations that resonate with our target audience.
  • Stay current with social media trends, sharing insights and inspiration that could be adapted for our brand.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure content aligns with our brand's tone, culture, and objectives.

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Skilled in video editing, with examples that showcases previous work.
  • A knack for identifying compelling content that resonates with consumers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, sharing ideas and effectively executing projects.
  • Self-starter with a 'work hard, play hard' mentality, ready to bring fresh perspectives and contribute immediately.
  • Eager to learn and adapt, with a willingness to embrace new techniques and technologies in video editing and content creation.
  • Practical experience managing social media handles/pages or company profiles is a plus.
  • Passion for outdoor activities and familiarity with outdoor products is beneficial but not required.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong video editing skills and familiarity with relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends and digital content creation.
