THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a new rockstar to become our next product development junior project manager. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, passionate, hardworking manager who is willing to do what it takes to succeed.

In this role, you will drive the end-to-end product development process, bringing to life new products for IL MAKIAGE, from the initial development stages through launch. While you will have a central role on the Product Development team, you will also gain cross-functional exposure to senior leadership across all departments at IL MAKIAGE.


WHO YOU ARE

·        Analytical thinker with strong with strong project management and communication skills (written and verbal)

·        Able to multitask, structure, & solve problems quickly and accurately

·        Able to mobilize many stakeholders towards results / action

·        Have a penchant for consumer products

  • Able to work under pressure and time constraints

·        Bachelor’s Degree

·        Past experience in project management is a plus, but not a requirement


WHAT YOU’LL DO

·        Conduct market research and develop presentations for new developments

·        Engage with manufacturers to manage projects

·        Test and ensure the quality, efficacy, and safety of all of our products

·        Operate focus groups, including –

o  Outreach and recruit testers for focus groups

o  Build focus group plans, including clear instructions and questionnaires

o  Purchase materials and prepare samples for shipment

o  Manage the end-to-end testing process, including email confirmations and reminders, one-off questions from participants, etc.

o  Analyze data from questionnaires – Both quantitative and verbal

·        Collaborate cross functionally with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure seamless product development and launch
