Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager at Pelham Country Club in Pelham Manor, NY. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the club's dining establishments, ensuring high-quality food and beverage service, exceptional customer service, staff training, and budgeting. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain high standards of excellence.


Qualifications

  • Food Service and Food & Beverage management experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience in staff training and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ServSafe) are a plus


The ideal candidate will be a driven hospitality professional with the desire to advance their career in the private club industry, is eager to learn from the experienced club managers on staff at the club, and is a leader that is driven to improve service levels in order to drive member satisfaction.
