Business Licensing Clerk ONSITE IN TAMPA, FL


Our client, a leading pure-play water solutions provider, is looking for a business licensing clerk. Competitive pay and the possibility of extension or conversion after the contract period. the Join the wave of innovation and hydration excellence as we seek passionate individuals to quench their thirst for success The business licensing clerk assists in maintaining records, compiling information and submitting forms necessary for business permit and licensing renewals.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine clerical duties, such as sorting mail and compiling business permit and licensing requirements
  • Completing licensing and permit applications and renewals
  • Remitting payment requests timely to ensure compliance
  • Update business permit and licensing master spreadsheet and monitor due dates
  • Respond to business operations questions and requests around business permits and licensing
  • Maintain an organized files and upload certificate renewals to the company’s intranet site


Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills; able to prioritize
  • Prior experience managing business permits and licensing preferred
  • Self-directed and able to work with little supervision
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly of Excel spreadsheets
  • Pays strong attention to detail
  • Associate's degree, or bachelor's degree in business, administration or related field not required but preferred
