We are looking for someone with 1-4 years of design experience that can hit the ground running and help our team with a variety of creative projects including branding, storyboarding, website, content and event design.  


This is a hybrid role and would require you to be in office two days a week. FINAO Agency is based in St. Louis, Missouri. We like to work hard and have a good time too. We buy lunch for the team on in-office days and keep the fridge and pantry stocked with snacks and drinks to keep you energized and happy. Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts that support client goals and strategy
  • Demonstrate strong concepting ability for brand, website and event creative 
  • Execute promotional assets for web, banner ads, emails and social
  • Design whitepapers, ebooks, reports and infographics
  • Create website layouts, landing pages and emails
  • Storyboard for animated videos and web animations 
  • Assist design team with the execution of campaign materials
  • Must be able to self-manage time and multiple tasks


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in visual communications
  • 1-4 years of experience of digital and print design or advertising experience 
  • Hands-on experience in branding, content and web design
  • Strong design portfolio demonstrating conceptual abilities and critical thinking
  • Must be proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
  • Must be able to think beyond just design and understand the big messaging and strategic positioning picture
  • Oh, and if you do a little headline and header copy writing, that’s great too
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Powerpoint and Word
  • Understanding of Google Slides and Docs
  • Understanding of animation tools like After Effects, Premier, Spline and Blender is a plus
  • Understanding of AI tools like Midjourney is a plus
  • Must work and communicate well with others
  • Must have a willingness to learn new techniques and programs and adapt with industry trends
