The firm consists of 30+ attorneys and over 70 legal assistants, paralegals, and administrative staff. NRS Injury Law operates statewide with regional offices in Cleveland, Euclid, Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, and Toledo.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Associate Attorney in our Workers'Compensation Litigation Department. Office location and hybrid role is an option for the right candidate. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for independently handling a docket of workers' compensation appeals in various Courts of Common Pleas throughout the state. The attorney will advise client and negotiate resolution of claims. Repaonding to discovery, conducting depositions, court appearances and trial work to be managed by the attorney with assistance of paralegal staff. Bonus program applies to production level.

Qualifications

• Legal Advice and Negotiation skills
• Experience in Workers Compensation and/or litigation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a law firm or legal setting is a plus
