Financial Analyst

EMIT Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis of the organization. The ideal candidate is data driven with experience managing a high volume of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyze trends in revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures and make recommendations based on analysis.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports that summarize financial performance and key metrics.
• Provide variance analysis and explanations for deviations from budgeted and forecasted results.
• Support strategic initiatives and business planning by providing financial analysis and scenario modeling.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support management decisions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
• Implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, or related fields.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
• Experience managing a high volume of transactions (forecasting, margins)
