Medical Scribe/Medical Assistant needed to work in our fast-paced rapidly growing medical practice in North Chelmsford, MA. This position will be working Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:45-4:30pm, this position will be for 3+ months.

Responsibilities:

· Transcribe patients’ medical histories and examination findings.

· Collaborate with physicians and perform clerical tasks.

· Manage and sort medical documents within the EHR system.

· Update digital patient records.

· Interact with providers regarding billing and documentation policies.

· Collaborate with physicians and perform clerical tasks.

· Entering and updating patients’ information in the EHR system.

Requirements

· High School diploma or equivalent

· One to two years of medical transcription/medical assistant

· Medical office experience

· Proficient in MS Word and accurate typing experience
