JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Full Desk Legal Recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment process for both clients and candidates. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and placing legal professionals in various positions while also building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. You will be responsible for achieving recruitment targets and contributing to the growth of our legal recruitment division.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

- **Client Relations:** Develop and maintain relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments, and other organizations to understand their hiring needs and culture.


- **Candidate Sourcing:** Utilize various sourcing strategies, including networking, referrals, online job boards, and social media, to identify top legal talent.


- **Interviews and Assessments:** Conduct thorough interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific legal roles.


- **Market Research:** Stay updated on current trends in the legal industry and utilize this knowledge to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.


- **Negotiation:** Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates regarding salary, benefits, and other terms of employment.


- **Relationship Building:** Foster ongoing relationships with candidates throughout their careers, serving as a trusted adviser and point of contact.


- **Performance Tracking:** Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.


QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the legal sector.

- Proven track record of successful placements in legal roles.

- Strong understanding of the legal industry, including various practice areas and organizational structures.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
