Your Mission:

As a Process Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our production equipment and controls. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive throughput improvements through ongoing continuous improvement activities and collaborate with other departments to develop Poka-Yokes, Control Plans, and operator training.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop and implement manufacturing documentation, operator instructions, and participate in relevant documentation activities.
  • Problem Solving: Diagnose root causes of production problems, propose effective solutions, and implement improvements.Monitoring & Adjusting Equipment: Ensure that production equipment operates at peak efficiency by monitoring performance and making necessary adjustments.
  • Engineering Support: Provide key manufacturing engineering support to your assigned production line, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any technical issues.
  • PLC Troubleshooting: Dive into PLC troubleshooting and adjustments to resolve issues and keep production running smoothly.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
  • Experience: At least 2 years of automotive experience and a minimum of 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in Continuous Improvement activities in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with PLCs and a solid understanding of their operation.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
