Job Type: 6-month contract to hire

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the maintenance, and repair of cutting-edge HVAC systems, with a focus on Rooftop Units (RTU).
  • Execute intricate aerial lift operations and advanced rigging for elevated installations.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues with water chillers, coolers, and other HVAC systems
  • Lead projects involving large rooftop HVAC systems.

Compensation and Benefits:

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in HVAC operations, including aerial lift and rigging mastery.
  • Advanced knowledge of RTU and intricate HVAC systems.
  • Ability to safely use the tools of the trade (e.g. multimeter, refrigerant gauges, charging charts, hand tools etc.
  • Strong mechanical and Electrical Aptitude
  • Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Commercial HVAC equipment.
  • Familiarity with renowned AC systems brands such as York, Aon, Crack Unit, Train, Carrier, and Diken.
  • Credential certifications, particularly a Universal License for Refrigerant, are highly valued.
  • Refrigeration/HVAC Trade or Vocational certification required



We can pay between $30/hr to $42/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience and education.
