We are seeking a Project Manager in Los Angeles, California for a contract opportunity.

  • M - F 9-5pm PT (hybrid) 1-2 days onsite
  • Will need Sterling Background/MVR ran for Melrose Lot(Balaban)

Top 3 Skills:

  • At least 3 years of established Program/Project Delivery or Program/Project Management experience.
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of complex initiatives that span multiple lines of business.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall project is aligned to and directly supports business & IT strategic objectives.


Other Skills/Nice to Haves:

  • Strong Excel skills (analytics, pivot tables, formulas, etc)
  • 2+ years of experience in a Major Consulting firm is strongly preferred.
  • Thorough understanding and practical application of agile/waterfall methodology
  • Proven success in establishing structure and governance around complex multifaceted initiatives.
  • Possess strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
  • Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
  • Ability to drive consistency across the Project Portfolio
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Asana, MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Specific Industry Experience Required:

  • Production Technology is a plus.


Job Description:

  • The Program Management & Transformation Office (PMTO) Senior Program Manager will be responsible for establishing structure, driving results, and reporting status across the Production Technology (Prod Tech) AI portfolio.
  • The Prod Tech AI portfolio is composed of AI initiatives in early (Discovery, POC etc.) and late-stage delivery (Development, Launch etc.).
  • Help to establish portfolio frameworks (intake, prioritization, benefit realization, key deliverables/templates)
  • Project manage AI initiatives from initiation to deployment.
  • The Senior Program Manager will work w/ a PMTO VP to successfully manage and complete project deliverables.
  • The Senior Program Manager will support the Prod Tech team in driving projects on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Senior Executives, Tech Leads, Business leads, project sponsors and strategic partners
  • Ensure project delivery is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of Client Global's strategic objectives
  • Communicate status reporting to leadership
  • Establish frameworks and structure in any situation that lacks organization.
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
  • Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources, and chair team meetings.
  • Act as an advocate for PMTO in applying methodology, processes, and tools for adopting best practices for Project delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of established Program/Project Delivery or Program/Project Management experience.
  • At least 9 years of demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of complex initiatives that span multiple lines of business.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall project is aligned to and directly supports business & IT strategic objectives.
