SMT Operator

This is a full-time on-site role for an SMT Operator at ThermOmegaTech, Inc. in Warminster, PA. The SMT Operator will be responsible for operating Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment to assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs), monitoring the production process, performing quality control checks, and ensuring the efficient operation of SMT machinery.

• Experience operating SMT equipment and assembling PCBs
• Knowledge of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes
• Ability to read and interpret electronic assembly drawings
• Attention to detail and quality control skills
• Experience with soldering and rework processes
• Strong problem-solving skills in troubleshooting equipment issues
• Understanding of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions
• Technical certification or training in electronics assembly is a plus
