Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Metal Trader / Customer Service Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and trading Precious Metals purchases, managing customer settlements and providing the highest level of customer service. Attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in metal trading and customer service
- Knowledge of precious metals (gold, silver, platinum, palladium)
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in using trading platforms and market analysis
- Ability to work well in a team
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
