Content Developer

The Content Creation Media Manager will collaborate within the Marketing Team to develop the organization's digital presence, shoot video/photography for new products and events, and create content for all commercial efforts. He/she will also lead the strategy, creation, and execution of all consumer-facing paid and owned social media and provide consistent, on-going content via all digital content channels.
This position is accountable for staying ahead of the curve on trends and burgeoning platforms and will be responsible for bringing new ideas to the forefront. Within this role, the right candidate will maintain a brand-informed, consumer-first mindset and will continuously improve and grow the brand's social/digital community.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing all video and photography needs across the company. Shoot lifestyle and food & beverage studio shots that can be used across media channels; including social media, print media, packaging, web, posters, etc.
- Post-production tasks include editing, rendering, and posting to print and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with creative team to proactively develop and deliver best-in-class digital content.
- Develop a deep understanding and ownership of brand voice as it is represented digitally, creating a social media strategy that aligns with the brands core brand identity, supports brand campaigns, and aligns with the brewery’s mission, vision, and values.
- Manage the day-to-day execution of the social media strategy, including scheduling, posting, and community managing on all current and other emerging social platforms.
- Build and oversee the monthly content calendar to plan optimized content for each platform and digital touchpoint.
- Moderate the collection, curation, and integration of archival brand content on social media and website.
- Own the development and execution of social and digital media strategies against key initiatives including community building, fan growth, brand awareness, and advocacy.
- Act as the liaison who coordinates across departments to source and craft content into a cohesive story that is delivered on business objectives across all digital channels.
- Stay on top of cultural trends, milestones, and newsworthy happenings to develop strategic social media recommendations, accordingly.
- Work within a campaign framework and set strategies, define objectives, tactics and KPIs.
- Analytical ability to translate data into actionable insights, have solid understanding of social
and digital analytics and reporting.
Education and Experience Requirements:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
•At least 3 years of professional photography experience that includes both lifestyle and studio.
•At least 3 years of professional social media experience.
