The Marketing Director will oversee, coordinate, and execute the development of the marketing, branding, and sales strategy for the organization and its affiliated sub-brands. This role will service new and existing developments within the company’s pipeline, with an emphasis on pre-development planning, positioning, marketing, PR, and sales to bring projects to fruition. They will collaborate with external creative agencies and internal stakeholders across multiple disciplines.


The successful candidate ideally will have both traditional and digital marketing experience and must possess a background that includes market research, product marketing, and project development. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is creatively inclined, solution-oriented, an exceptional communicator, possesses keen attention to detail, and understands the importance of efficient, effective, and flawless execution.


Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate a visionary and strategic leadership role in steering the marketing, branding, and sales initiatives for the portfolio of the company and all affiliated sub-brands.
  • Provide expert guidance in shaping external marketing strategies across diverse projects and mediums, encompassing web, print, advertising, social, video, photography, and PR, to amplify brand presence and drive sales growth.
  • Exercise financial stewardship by developing and managing the marketing budget with precision, ensuring accurate accounting and forecasting for sustained fiscal responsibility.
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive project marketing plans, meticulously aligning programs, timelines, and budgets to prioritize projects for maximum value and heightened sales performance.
  • Conduct real-time assessments of the effectiveness of existing marketing programs, exhibiting agility in making prompt adjustments and optimizations to enhance overall impact.
  • Leverage analytical insights to scrutinize digital media and website metrics, spearheading digital campaign ideation, creative strategy, targeting, segmentation, SEM, and on-site CMS.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with external agencies as necessary.
  • Supervise all aspects of marketing deliverables and sales collateral, meticulously managing branding, content creation, advertising, media campaigns, website design, signage, fact sheets, brochures, design catalogs, and more.
  • Undertake market segmentation, competitive analysis, and market intelligence to direct prospecting, lead generation, product and market development, communications, budgets, and strategic planning.
  • Identify and implement optimal marketing programs that align with lead generation goals, translating consumer insights and market analyses into a cohesive strategic vision that enhances brand appeal and project desirability.
  • Serve as the principal liaison with internal resources and external vendors, orchestrating seamless coordination to achieve defined marketing objectives.
  • Champion the integration of cutting-edge digital marketing strategies, software, and technologies within the organization, elevating the speed of sales and customer service to unprecedented levels.
  • Demonstrate unwavering adaptability, flourish in ambiguity, and exhibit creativity in crafting avant-garde marketing strategies with a digital-first mindset.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 8 years of marketing management experience, encompassing agency and in-house roles.
  • Profound knowledge of SEO, email marketing, inbound/content marketing, website management, lead generation, social and digital advertising principles, and digital-first content creation best practices.
  • Demonstrated track record in translating strategic direction into actionable plans and implementing new processes.
  • Experience working in both B2B and B2C environments and have a clear understanding of best practices in both environments.
  • Analytical in nature to help with analyzing campaign performance and sales forecasting.
  • Hands-on experience in creating and executing profitable and cost-effective marketing plans, conducting real-time optimizations, and providing associated reporting.
  • Proficient and experienced in all facets of marketing communications, including strategy, brand management, omni-channel media planning and buying, and the design and production of print/digital materials and publications, market research, and analytics.
  • Intelligent, well-organized, and creative thinker with a solution-oriented mindset, strong quantitative and administrative skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exhibits sound judgment and creative problem-solving skills, capable of making informed decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and seamlessly transition between high-level, long-term strategies and ground-level, short-term tasks.
  • Self-starter with the capability to work independently, requiring minimal direction.
  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
