Butler Title, a high-volume title insurance company handling residential and commercial closings throughout Florida, is seeking a title processor to join our growing team.


Responsibilities:

Open new files in our software (Qualia); order title commitments/lien searches/estoppels/payoffs; request documents from third parties (clients/realtors/lenders/HOA's); saving documents to files and updating files as the deals progress; assist closers with clearing title; answering phones; sending FedEx/mail.



Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail, willingness to work in a high-volume environment, and manage multiple tasks. Ability to timely reply to a large amount of email communications. Experience working in a title company, real estate office or mortgage office preferred, but not required.
