The Company:

Duties:
- Ensure contracts are drafted, negotiated, and executed in accordance with organizational requirements of Energix EPC
- Preparing RFPs for clients and commercial bids
- Bid leveling and comparisons
- Contract negotiations and buyout
- Developing and presenting project proposals
- Producing plans and estimating budgets and timescales
- Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts
- Agreeing budgets and timescales with the clients
- Managing construction schedules and budgets
- Attending site meetings to monitor progress
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site and project managers
- Making sure construction projects meet agreed technical standards
- Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client’s own representatives
- Overseeing invoicing
- Manage contract renewals, change orders, etc
- Maintain accurate bidding and contract records
- Mitigate organizational contract risks
Skills:
- Strong analytical, negotiation, writing, and communication skills
- An understanding of renewables and construction industry
- Strong fluency with legal documentation and contract management/negotiation
- Strong leadership skills
- Business management skills
Relevant Experience:
- Bachelors or 4 year degree
- 3-5 years relevant experience
