Rate: $20/hr
Shift Timing:
7 am - 4 pm
3 pm - 12 am
11 am - 8 am
Overview:
These Service Center Technicians will be taking incoming calls and be assigned outstanding open , leading up to the EPIC Go-Live. Leading up to that EPIC Go-Live, they will get some training on the EPIC modules that Broward Health is utilizing.
These resources will also be taking remote control of workstations using LogMeIn for the remote access tool. Having experience with LogMeIn or any other remote software is important.
The Helpdesk uses ServiceNow to log and track tickets.....this would be a plus.
This client is mainly a Microsoft shop with MS Office 365, plus a lot of applications specific to their business which we will train employees on.
Typical tickets include: install drivers, unlock accounts, connect on Active Directory, add peripherals, add employee to network with onboarding, help troubleshoot issues with any application. and provide information on usage of software(s).
