Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Web Developer at Lincoln Commercial Group in Plantation, FL. The Junior Web Developer will be responsible for back-end and front-end web development tasks, programming, web design, and overall web development responsibilities.
Fully Bilingual is a Must English and Spanish
Ability to Speak, Read, and Write both English and Spanish Clearly is a Must
Additional languages are a bonus.

**Responsibilities & Qualifications:**
Having the ability to Speak, Read, and Write both English and Spanish Clearly is a Must
- MUST HAVE a reliable car and MUST be able to EASILY commute to Plantation, FL within a 30 minute drive max.
- Work closely with Principal Broker and Creative Director on achieving company objectives
- Back-End Web Development and Programming skills
- Front-End Development and Web Design skills
- Experience in Web Development
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of programming languages and web technologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
**Requirements:**
Speak, Read, and Write both English and Spanish Clearly is a Must
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
