Pay Range: $40 - $42/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:


  • A Project Manager Jr. assists in the planning, execution, and completion of projects under the guidance of a senior project manager. They play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Assisting in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinating project activities and ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Monitoring project progress and identifying and addressing issues or risks.
  • Communicating with team members, stakeholders, and senior management to provide updates on project status.
  • Assisting in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Supporting the implementation of project management best practices and processes.
  • Managing project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Providing administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings and taking minutes.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Project Managers Jr. should have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. They should also be proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Will be working in office Tuesday-Thursday and remote Monday & Friday.
  • Flexible hours but must be able to log in between 7 and 7:30 am to complete check-in.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Key Skills: Coordinating with Vendors, Follow up with customers and other teams
  • Proficient with word excel and outlook
  • Experience talking to customers
  • Organization skills
  • Can multi-task
  • Adapt easily
  • Driven and independent
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft
  • Will be willing to learn and use internal CSM systems (Oracle).
