About the Role:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Foreign-to-Foreign Ocean Freight Coordinator to join our clients dynamic team. This role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth within a thriving logistics company.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage ocean freight shipments from Asia, South America, Europe, and Mexico to North Carolina.
  • Oversee intermodal transportation, including cutting inbounds/ITs for FCL cargo.
  • Create delivery orders and dispatch loads to truckers.
  • Track shipments from origin to destination.
  • Utilize Cargowise software for efficient operations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
  • Knowledge of intermodal transportation and logistics.
  • Experience with Cargowise software (preferred).


Note: After completing initial training, qualified candidates may have the opportunity to work remotely two days per week.
