Our Client is seeking Clean Room Process Technician for a W2 only, extendable 1-year Contract position in Fremont, CA. This position pays $28-37/hr. W2.
Responsibilities:
- Process semiconductor and metrology equipment.
- Technical assistance.
- Set up process equipment.
- Perform technical tests and experiments for process engineering within R&D.
- Monitor, audit, and provide guidance to line operators.
- Process test runs and prepare records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.
- Provide technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
Required:
- Clean room experience, ability to work in a Clean Room, and wear a “Bunny Suit”.
- 2-3 years of Si wafer handling experience.
- Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office operation. (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to clearly communicate, understand and send detailed pass-downs for smooth lab operation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Education: High school diploma/GED or college degree is nice to have or equivalent years of experience.
Pay for this position is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. As a contractor you may also be eligible for health benefits such as health, dental, and vision as well as access to a 401K plan.
