DEMI Healthcare Partners is looking for Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Hospitalists to join the Hospitalist service line at Meadville Medical Center. Meadville Medical Center is a 235-bed independent community hospital located in beautiful northwestern Pennsylvania. It is the sole community provider for a population of 100,000 with a medical staff of over 140 physicians, representing 37 medical and surgical specialties.

Meadville, PA is conveniently located 45-minutes from Erie, 1.5 hours from Pittsburgh and 2 hours from Cleveland and Buffalo. Job Description

• EMR: Meditech
• Evaluate and manage patients presenting low and moderate levels of acuity
• Perform all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments, and consultations
• Perform independently/as part of a treatment team
• Interpret medical tests results (including EKG’s, x-rays, & lab tests)
• Perform a wide range of bedside clinical procedures

What We Look For

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• MD/DO
• Pennsylvania Medical License
• DEA License

Schedule

• Shifts: 7a-7p, 7p-7a
• A predictable schedule is mapped out with rotating weeks - 7 days on, then 7 days off.
• ~15 Patients
• Day Shift: Each Physician is paired with an APP. Shared census between Physicians and APPs.
• Night Shift: Single Coverage, no APP.
