A global manufacturer of automotive parts is currently seeking a IT Specialist - Cybersecurity to join their facility in the Findlay, Ohio area. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of Cybersecurity experience in the manufacturing industry. This is a full-time and direct hire position.

IT Specialist - Cybersecurity Responsibilities Include:

• analysis of security incidents, including identification and scope of compromises, and implicating damage mitigation protocols
• to and update multiple units during implication of incident response protocol
• compliance issues and implement necessary security fixes
• with remediation of threats and compromises during all stages (before, during, after) of incidents
• and review changes for accuracy and compliance with company policies
• effective security measures against attacks
• of reports and documentation
• security awareness programs and education

IT Specialist - Cybersecurity Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Security, Security Studies, Intelligence Studies, or similar fields
• experience in incident handling and response
• incident investigations, as well as classifying, mediating, and escalating incidents
• with tools and programs such as SIEM, Intrusion Prevention, Endpoint Security, and Mail/Web Proxy
• analytical, leadership, and interpersonal collaboration skills
• in computer programs such as MS Office, Windows, Linux, Unix, etc.
• in CISSP (Certified Info System Security Pro) and/or similar certificates (preferred)
• position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
