  • Recent college graduates with a science background (biology preferred, must have taken lab classes)
  • Lab experience
  • Hybrid lab/fab environment; more lab related.
  • Pipetting, some analytical tasks Microsoft Office (outlook to send emails and communicate online)
  • Candidates without degree- will require experience. Lab background, reagent, etc. This is not typical production line experience

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately perform pipetting and manual handling of liquids to prepare reagents, samples, and formulations.
  • Operate and maintain various liquid handling robots and other laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and high-quality output.
  • Perform routine and specialized quality control tests to verify the consistency and integrity of products.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment, adhering to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
  • Handle preparation, storage, and disposal of chemical materials, ensuring compliance with all hazardous material guidelines.
  • Contribute to team efforts by completing additional tasks as needed, adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in laboratory techniques, especially pipetting and the accurate preparation of solutions.
  • Familiarity with computer systems for data entry and laboratory automation control.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience with SOPs, GMP, and quality control processes is preferred.
